Swollen Feet and Ankle - Foot Soak

For a blissful and nurturing foot soak, this is the one for you! Refresh your feet while reducing mental fatigue and energizing the mind.

Ingredients

  • 3 drops of Lemongrass Essential Oil

  • 2 Drops of Lavender Essential Oil

  • 3 TBSPs of Pink Himalayan Salt

  • 1 tsp of Jojoba Oil

  • 1 tsp of Baking Soda

Directions

  • Step 1

    • Add essential oils to 1 tsp of jojoba oil

  • Step 2

    • Add the essential oils and jojoba to the small grain pink himalayan salt and baking soda

  • Step 3

    • Prepare a hot water foot bath and test to ensure it isn’t too hot

  • Step 4

    • Add blend to the foot bath

  • Step 5

    • Soak feet and relax for 15 minutes

  • Safety and dilution

    • If one has sensitive skin, use caution due to the lemongrass.
