Swollen Feet and Ankle - Foot Soak
For a blissful and nurturing foot soak, this is the one for you! Refresh your feet while reducing mental fatigue and energizing the mind.
Ingredients
3 drops of Lemongrass Essential Oil
2 Drops of Lavender Essential Oil
3 TBSPs of Pink Himalayan Salt
1 tsp of Jojoba Oil
1 tsp of Baking Soda
Directions
Step 1
Add essential oils to 1 tsp of jojoba oil
Step 2
Add the essential oils and jojoba to the small grain pink himalayan salt and baking soda
Step 3
Prepare a hot water foot bath and test to ensure it isn’t too hot
Step 4
Add blend to the foot bath
Step 5
Soak feet and relax for 15 minutes
